Our Dance Classes
The Performing Arts Center of Tallahassee offers classes six days a week for children, teens and adults. Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Enrichment classes and Fairytale Ballet meet several times per week for your convenience.
PACT offers four dance programs tailored to meet the needs of each student, whether the goal is to dance for the sheer love of it, dance professionally or just to dance for recreation. These programs include the Childrens Dance Program, the Enrichment Division, MOVES and PACT's Company Division.
All PACT students have the option of participating in our showcases and concert series and our fun-filled children's performances.
This program is designed for our youngest dancers, ages 3-5. The classes are age spcific and are based on appropriate developmental skill.
This program is designed for children ages 6 through high school. Classes offered include Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Lyrical, Tap, Musical Theatre and Hip Hop.
PACT's Company Division is one of the most extensive programs in the state. While classical ballet and contemporary dance are the heart of the program, students also study jazz, hip-hop, tap, acrobatics, partnering, African dance and more! In addition to various competitive events, Company dancers take part in local community events as well as host the Annual PACT Scholarship Gala with proceeds benefitting deserving dance students. Participation is by invitation or auditon only.

MOVES - Adult & Teen Classes
This program is designed for beginning/intermediate teens and adults wishing to take classes in ballet, contemporary, jazz and hip-hop. A relaxed environment without pressure, MOVES is the perfect place to embrace your inner dancer! Advanced and intemediate level classes will be offered pending interest.
