Our Dance Classes
The Performing Arts Center of Tallahassee offers classes six days a week for children, teens and adults. Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Enrichment classes and Fairytale Ballet meet several times per week for your convenience.
PACT offers four dance programs tailored to meet the needs of each student, whether the goal is to dance for the sheer love of it, dance professionally or just to dance for recreation. These programs include the Childrens Dance Program, the Enrichment Division, and PACT'S Ballet Academy.
All PACT students have the option of participating in our showcases and concert series and our fun-filled children's performances.
This program is designed for our youngest dancers, ages 3-5. The classes are age spcific and are based on appropriate developmental skill.
This program is designed for children ages 6 through high school. Classes offered include Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Lyrical, Tap, Musical Theatre and Hip Hop.
PACT's Academy Division is one of the most extensive programs in the state. Students are introduced to progressive levels of ballet technique as described in the Ruth C. Petrinovic Syllabus. Students study classical and contemporary dance and have the option to take other classes in jazz, partnering and other disciplines. Company Etudes is the performing branch of the Academy Division.

College/Adult Division
This program is designed for college students or adults wishing to continue taking dance classes while attending classes at one of our local colleges or universities. Various classes are offered. Call our office at 850.562.1430 for information or to register.
